Aryan Ahmed

A graduate of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, Aryan Ahmed combines a strong academic foundation with practical experience across constitutional, civil, criminal, and commercial litigation. His legal education has equipped him with a disciplined approach to legal analysis and advocacy, which continues to inform his work before constitutional courts and specialised tribunals.

As part of our team, he assists in a broad range of matters before the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and various tribunals. He has been actively involved in proceedings before the Armed Forces Tribunal, where he regularly assists in matters concerning service conditions, disciplinary proceedings, pensionary entitlements, disability benefits, and other issues arising under defence personnel law. He also contributes to matters before the Central Administrative Tribunal, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and the District Courts across Delhi-NCR.

Working across diverse forums has enabled him to develop sound experience in constitutional and civil litigation, criminal matters, appellate advocacy, and tribunal practice. His approach is characterised by careful preparation, close engagement with the issues involved, and effective assistance in the conduct of proceedings at every stage of litigation.
